On March 18, 2019, a symbolic stone was laid in the foundation of Russia’s hosiery products production enterprise Nashe, in Namangan, Uzbekistan MFA reports.
The event took place within the framework of implementation of instructions of the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, given during his visit on February 28 – March 1 to Namangan region.
First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Achilbay Ramatov, Khokim of Namangan Region Khayrullo Bazarov, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Alisher Abdualiyev, leaders of the city of Namangan and representatives of Nashe factory attended the ceremony of laying the first stone.
According to the city authorities and the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Russia, the volume of direct investment in construction and commissioning of the factory will amount to more than 1.6 million USD. 300 new jobs will be created here.
At the site of the future enterprise, the project implementation stages and joint measures for the accelerated commissioning of the facility were discussed with Russian partners.
