MFA hosts a meeting with the Chairman of the Inter-Parliamentary Friendship Group “Finland – Central Asia”

According to Uzbekistan MFA, the parties exchanged views on the current issues on the bilateral agenda, including cooperation within the framework of international organizations and structures.

The main attention was paid to the intensification of political, inter-parliamentary cooperation, as well as enhancing trade and economic ties.

Issues of deepening interaction in education were discussed, in particular, studying the Finnish experience in training, retraining teachers and improving their qualifications, introducing Finnish-style textbooks and teaching aids in secondary schools in Uzbekistan.
