According to the press service of the head of state, the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and the Emir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani took part in the ceremony.
The event was also attended by UN Assistant Secretary General Alexander Zuev and officials from foreign countries.
