Tourism Startup Competition “Tourism. The Path to Innovation” with a total prize pool of 1,5 billion UZS has been announced.
According to the State Committee of Uzbekistan for Tourism Development, applications for participation are accepted from October 15 to November 15.
The organizers of the competition are IT Park, the Ministry for Development of Information Technologies and Communications, the State Committee for Tourism Development.
“Tourism. The Path to Innovation” is aimed at supporting the country’s tourism sector, developing innovations in this industry, and improving service.
The selection criteria for applications include the relevance of the proposed startup project, its innovative focus and novelty, attainability, commercial prospects, competitive advantages, investment attractiveness and economic efficiency.
