On 28 December 2023, H.E. Mr. Karomidin Gadoev, Ambassador-Designate of Uzbekistan to Malaysia, called on H.E. Mr. Mohd Aini Atan, Chief of Protocol at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Malaysia to present the copies of the Letters of Credence as well as to officially report his assumption of duties in Kuala Lumpur.
The ambassador expressed Uzbekistan’s readiness to work closely with Wisma Putra to elevate the bilateral ties. The Chief of Protocol welcomed and congratulated H.E. Mr. Karomidin Gadoev on the appointment and expressed strong confidence that the bilateral ties between the two countries will be further strengthened during his tenure.
