On May 2, the IT Ministry in conjunction with the relevant staff of the office of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan held a workshop for call centre employees of Uzbektelecom.  The reception of appeals in the virtual reception of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan was on agenda.

The event saw all operators, discussed issues related to improving the quality of registration of complaints by employees of the call centre. Recommendations were made, based on the most common shortcomings in this work.

The seminar emphasised that the creation of comfortable conditions for applicants should remain the main task for call centre employees.
