A Single portal of interactive state services, together with the Center for implementation of e-learning in educational institutions under the Ministry of Higher and secondary special education of Uzbekistan has implemented a new regular "electronic Submission of applications for the return of documents of the applicant" service. 

After the announcement of results of entrance examinations, students have the opportunity to submit an application for the return of documents submitted for admission to the University. This service creates facilities for the students living in regions far from the educational institution to which they applied. The outcome of this service is returned to the applicant of the package of documents by registered mail. 

Applicant receives the documents personally at the relevant post office showing his or her passport. 

The service provides one-time payment in the amount of 15% of the minimum wage, for the preparation, processing and delivery of documents to the applicant.
