The Parliamentary Commission for the Management of Funds of the Public Fund for Supporting NGOs and other Civil Society Institutions under the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan named the project of the year. It became “Uzbekistan’s Cultural Heritage in world collections”.
This became known during the media festival “Ozod yurt tulqinlari” (“Waves of a free country”), in Tashkent on December 25.
Along with this, Uzreport won the Best TV Channel nomination at the media festival, Nukus FM became the best radio station, and the Democratic Debate talk show was the best media product dedicated to the election campaign in Uzbekistan.
The “Ozod yurt tulqinlari” Media Festival is being held in Tashkent for the 12th time. It is organized by the National Association of Electronic Mass Media of Uzbekistan in partnership with the Parliamentary Commission for the Management of Funds of the Public Fund for Supporting NGOS and other Civil Society Institutions under the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
