The media campaign announced by the Development Strategy Center continues to publicize the State Program within the framework of the Action Strategy.
At the event, views were exchanged on the fifth priority area of the State Program – the practical implementation of measures to ensure security, interethnic harmony and religious tolerance, implementation of a balanced, mutually beneficial and constructive foreign policy.
Executive Director of the Development Strategy Center Eldor Tulyakov noted that in implementation of a completely updated foreign policy of Uzbekistan, importance is attached to such issues as improving the country’s position in international economic ratings, further comprehensive development of relations with foreign countries and international organizations, bringing relations with Central Asian countries to a qualitatively new level in the spirit of mutual friendship, good neighborliness and strategic partnership and development of regional tourism.
Nomination of Uzbekistan’s candidacy for the election to the UN Human Rights Council for 2021-2023 is envisaged within the framework of the State Program.
