BANGKOK, November 12. /“Dunyo” IA/. The Ministry of Culture of Thailand and the Community of Thai Dance Teachers organized the 8th Thailand Dance Grand Prix competition with the participation of groups representing various regions of the Kingdom of Thailand, reports “Dunyo” IA correspondent.
In total, over a thousand participants from 22 teams fought for victory in various nominations for almost a month. The honorable first place and victory in the singles, as well as the third place in the age categories up to 13 and 15 years of the nomination “National dance of foreign countries” was given to the dance “O’zbek raqsi”, staged by our compatriot, a graduate of the State Academy of Choreography of Uzbekistan, Kuralbay Saparov.
The Embassy of Uzbekistan congratulated the Bangkok Dance Academy group led by Kuralbay Saparov on the victory and wished them success in further strengthening the image of Uzbek dance abroad.
