It is planned to attract up to 0 million, including funds from government financial institutions of France for development of the International All Seasons Resort “Beldersay – Chimgan – Nanay” in Bostanlyk district of Tashkent region.
As noted in the government resolution, a master plan has been developed to implement the project, which was drawn up by a consortium of French companies Geode, ManieLives, Egis, Patriarche, Epode with the support of the French Private Sector Study and Assistance Fund (FASEP). It provides for the development of tourism, road transport and communal infrastructure.
The Ministry of Investments and Foreign Trade has signed an agreement with the consortium on consulting services, which includes technical supervision of the project, development of detailed planning and placement of cable cars, ski slopes, attractions, division of land plots into lots, including the preparation of tender documents and rules for a special regime for construction of tourism infrastructure facilities – hotels, restaurants, retail outlets.
Investors, implementing projects on the territory of the resort, will receive the status of a member of Charvak free tourism zone and corresponding benefits.
