The World Para Athletics Championship has ended in Kobe, Japan
According to the National Paralympic Committee, in the competition, which was attended by over a thousand para-athletes from 103 countries, the national team of Uzbekistan collected 7 gold, 4 silver and 2 bronze medals, for a total of 13 medals, and took 3rd place.
This is a monumental achievement, especially compared to previous world championships where the Uzbekistan national team took 10th and 9th place, showing a significant improvement in their performance.
In addition, Nurkhan Gurbanova and Asila Mirzayorova broke world records in their fields.
