Spanish businesspeople to create a JV in Samarkand

The agreement was reached during the virtual talks organized by the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Spain between the representatives of the regional khokimiyat and the leadership of NIKAMI Enterprise.

 

It should be noted that this is the third NIKAMI Enterprise project implemented in Samarkand region.

 

The parties have prepared the relevant documentation for the joint venture and a partner from the Uzbek side has been identified. The Spanish side is carrying out a feasibility study and selection of technical equipment and parts for delivery to Uzbekistan.

 

Following the event, the parties agreed to register the next joint venture with the Ministry of Justice in early September this year.
