Whilst in the city of Gulistan, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev talked to those evacuated from the emergency zone in Sardoba, inquired about their feelings and the conditions they live in. The head of state reiterated that no one would be left without attention and that assistance would be provided to everyone.
In accordance with the instructions given to the government commission, steadfast efforts are underway to clear flooded areas, build and repair facilities, and normalize people’s lives.
President Shavkat Mirziyoyev returned to Tashkent on the night of 2 May.
