Uzbekistan has taken part in the event of OECD International Transport Forum (ITF) as a full member.
At the webinar, a presentation of the ITF’s activity over the past 6 months has taken place, in which Secretary-General Young Tae Kim informed in detail about the interaction with the members of the organization during the COVID-19 pandemic, strategic plans for further development of transport networks between the countries, as well as upcoming events.
It was noted that with Uzbekistan joining the ITF, the total number of Forum members reached 62 participating countries, which creates good prospects for enhancing the presence of the ITF in Central Asia.
