NAMANGAN, February 20. /“Dunyo” IA/. Yesterday, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev visited Namangan’s Bunyodkor mahalla, reports “Dunyo” IA correspondent.
According to the Press Service of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Head of the state has met with the Chairman and his Advisor.
“You have to unite people, be an example. After all, you are in charge here! You are Muslims! You can plant trees, can’t you?! Clean up the waste?! Whitewash the wall?! How much does it take? We pay so much attention to the mahalla. We provide so many opportunities!” Shavkat Mirziyoyev said.
The President reprimanded Namangan City Hokim and the Prosecutor of the city –the head of the sector for whom this mahalla is assigned.
“You give grandiloquent reports. How does your conscience allow you to hold a position?! This mahalla has 12 thousand people. Look around – this is your face”, the Head of the state noted.
The President talked with residents, listened to their problems.
Responsible persons were instructed to lay the necessary engineering networks to the mahalla and improve living conditions.
