Representatives of the Embassy of Uzbekistan in China have held negotiations with the Director of the National Energy Administration of the People’s Republic of China, Zhang Jianhua, via videoconference.
During the talks, it was noted that bilateral Uzbekistan – China relations are actively developing in the spirit of comprehensive strategic partnership.
The parties confirmed their readiness to strengthen and enhance relations in the energy sector.
In particular, the National Energy Administration is ready to consider specific proposals for the implementation of new mutually beneficial projects in Uzbekistan with the involvement of Chinese companies for deep processing of natural gas and production of new types of highly liquid products, including the chemical industry.
