This has been reported by President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, during his Address to the Oliy Majlis.
“Currently, there are 150 thousand children under 18 in the country who need special care. In general, it is necessary to establish systemic work in this area and, I think you will approve this initiative, to create a Public Fund for Children, allocating 100 billion soums to it from the budget. The allocations to the fund will increase throughout the year”, the Head of the state said.
