DUSHANBE, March 31. /“Dunyo” IA/. Yesterday, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Abdulaziz Kamilov met with the Executive Director of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia (CICA) Kairat Sarybay, in Dushanbe, reports “Dunyo” IA correspondent.
According to the Uzbekistan MFA, issues of Uzbekistan’s interaction within the framework of the meeting were discussed.
Mr. Kairat Sarybay highly appreciated the cooperation of Uzbekistan with the CICA, noting its long-term nature.
Currently, the CICA has 27 member states: Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Cambodia, China, Egypt, India, Israel, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Republic of Korea, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, Pakistan, Palestine, Qatar, Russia, Sri Lanka, Tajikistan, Thailand, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, Vietnam and Uzbekistan.
