Representatives of the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Malaysia visited the Malaysia’s Johor state, where they held talks with the leadership of local companies on establishing cooperation in processing agricultural products and modern technologies in the agricultural sector.
During the visit to the production facilities of Aragon Foods E-Tech Ind Sdn. Bhd., an agreement was reached on conducting online negotiations with potential private enterprises of the country to discuss issues of implementing a joint investment project for production of jams, juices and soft drinks from vegetables and fruits produced in Uzbekistan.
At the meeting with managers of Santanku Sdn. Bhd., issues of creating a joint venture with the installation of Malaysian equipment for processing fruits and vegetables for its further export to Central Asian countries were discussed.
An agreement was reached with the leadership of Masterbrand Foods Industries Sdn. Bhd. to consider the possibility of organizing a joint production of frozen semi-finished meat products in Uzbekistan.
