KUALA LUMPUR, January 16. /“Dunyo” IA/Director General of the National Agency “Uzbekkino” Firdavs Abdukhalikov and the director of National Radio-Television Company of Malaysia held the meeting, informs the correspondent of “Dunyo” IA.

 

During the meeting, parties discussed issues related to the implementation of collaborative project entitled GLOB – a series of touristic episodes on Central Asian countries. 5 series of it will be devoted to Uzbekistan. The shooting planned to April-May 2020 will take place in Tashkent, Samarkand, Bukhara and Khiva.

 

The project will be embodied by Malaysian media company Aquila Emas together with “Uzbekkino” and supported by RTM. The film will be broadcasted prime-time on the national channel of Malaysia - TV2.

 

Directory of RTM have also expressed interest in creating 10-series long documentary film about Uzbekistan which will be aired on TV1 and TV2 channels within “Syahadah” programme. The project aims to introduce viewers with history, traditions, culture and lifestyle of Uzbek people. Notably, “Syahadah” is channeled on TV1 and TV2 since 2006 during Ramadan. Accumulated, bоth channels bring together at around 25 million people.

 

RTM is a largest public Radio-Television Company, which includes 36 radio and 3 TV channels.
