TASHKENT, August 17. /“Dunyo” IA/. Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Tourism and Sports Aziz Abdukhakimov chaired a meeting on issues of ensuring the implementation of the resolution of the President of Uzbekistan “On the revival and holding of Tashkent International Film Festival”, reports “Dunyo” IA correspondent.
According to the Ministry of Tourism and Sports, participants of the meeting discussed the preparation process for the upcoming film festival, issues of the development of national cinematography, film companies and cinema networks.
According to the resolution of the Head of the state, the Tashkent International Film Festival, starting from 2021, will be held annually from September 28 to October 3 by Uzbekistan Cinematography Agency.
