The world premiere of short films Uzbekistan 8K, prepared by a professional American group of directors and animators – Mystery Box Digital Cinema, and the film Lost in Uzbekistan, sponsored by the founders of the digital magazine The Lost Avocado, winners of the National Geographic Travel Award, will be held on July 12, 2019, in Tashkent “Samarqand Darvoza” shopping and entertainment center.
Mystery Box is a video production company based in Utah that specializes in the production of films, documentaries, TV, commercials, music videos, and more. The company produces pristine UltraHD+ content that has gained a following of over 180,000 subscribers on Youtube with 100 million views and counting.
The authors of the travel blog The Lost Avocado Sara Izzi and Timur Tugalev visited Uzbekistan in April this year. Bloggers visited Fergana Valley, Samarkand, Bukhara, Khiva and collected a lot of material for the production of their film. The presentation of the film “Lost in Uzbekistan” will also take place on July 12, 2019, in “Samarqand Darvoza” SEC.
The premiere shows are organized by the State Committee for Tourism Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
