Shum Bola 2020 International Film Festival to kick off in Tashkent

This is the first major film event since the coronavirus pandemic. It is organized by Uzbekkino National Agency and Goethe Institute in Tashkent in cooperation with Schlingel International Film Festival for Children and Young Audiences.

 

According to Uzbekkino, from September 21 to 25, the festival will present German films translated into Russian and Uzbek languages, such as “Ideal Friends”, “Invisible Sue”, “Rocca Changes the World”, “Fritzi: A Revolutionary Tale”.

 

Before each session, the audience will be presented with a new issue of Uzbek comic film magazine, in particular the short film of Uzbekistan cinematographers “Zumrasha”.
