Jakhongir Norboyev, a student of a secondary school No. 18 of Peshkun district of Bukhara region, won bronze at Cyberspace Mathematics Competition.
555 students from 75 countries took part in the competition, which started on July 13 in distance mode.
Participation of Uzbekistan team in this competition, held by the Mathematical Association of America, was ensured by the head of Department for working with gifted students in subject Olympiads, the Head of Uzbekistan team in mathematics, senior researcher at the Institute of Mathematics, Rustam Turdibayev.
