ROME, January 29. /“Dunyo” IA/. Italy’s Pesaro hosted an annual festival for young artists and designers, which is regularly organized as part of the Angeli charity project, reports “Dunyo” IA correspondent.

This year the competition was held in an online format. It was attended by students of the Republican Specialized Boarding School of Arts and other educational institutions of Uzbekistan.

The theme of this year was dedicated to the Florence of the Renaissance and the famous Medici dynasty, which, since it was engaged in patronage and the development of art and culture, is inherently associated with this period of history.

This year’s Grand Prix was won by a 17-year-old artist from Uzbekistan Milad Ismailov, who created a stylized drawing of Florence in pencil using the image of Michelangelo’s Statue of David.

The winner of the Grand Prix received the right to a week-long stay in Italy with a visit to Rome and Florence, where one of the representatives of the Medici noble family will present him with a commemorative diploma of the winner.
