Useful device was created by scientists of Physicotechnical Institute of the Scientific-Production Association "Physics-Sun" of the Academy of Sciences of Uzbekistan.

The device is based on a semiconductor sensor with controlled sensitivity can detect and adjust the temperature with the required accuracy and avoid the spread of their readings. Innovation which works without errors equipped with stabilizers of voltage and current. Such a device is intended to control the temperature accurate within half a degree ranging from 20 to 100 degrees Celsius in incubators, storage of products and materials. Another purpose - measurement of temperature in heat energy devices, in particular in their tight spaces - narrow gaps in the motors and electronic equipment. The authors have filed an application for a patent.
